Five days, hour by hour
One room, one team, nothing carried over to next month.
-
Monday
Everything on the table
Interviews, the audit, and the arguments nobody has written down yet.
Full day -
Tuesday
A position to defend
We choose what to be known for, and what to give up to be known for it.
Workshop -
Wednesday
The voice, written down
Sentences your team can copy, not adjectives they have to interpret.
Studio day -
Thursday
Shown, not described
The first look at type, colour and the way the whole thing behaves.
Studio day -
Friday
Handover and a plan
One page, dated, with the next three months on it. Nothing left open.
Half day
“ We walked in with a year of unresolved arguments and walked out on Friday with one page everybody had signed.
- 5 Days, start to finish
- 1 Page you leave with
- 12 Sprints run to date

A sprint is not for everyone
We would rather you read this and leave than book and regret it.
Book it if
- You can get the decision-maker in the room for five days.
- You already have a business; what you lack is a position.
- You would rather settle the argument than keep having it.
- You want something you can hand to a designer on Monday.
Skip it if
- You are looking for a logo and nothing else.

The questions everyone asks
The things people want to know before the first call. If yours is not here, write to us and it probably will be.
Who needs to be in the room?
Whoever can say yes without checking. Usually that is two or three people. More than five and the week turns into a meeting.
What if we already have a brand?
Most clients do. A sprint is more often about deciding what to stop doing than about starting again — and we will say so if that is the case.
Do we get design files?
You get the strategy, the voice, and a first look at the visual direction. Full identity artwork is a separate piece of work, priced afterwards.
What happens if it is not working by Wednesday?
We stop and tell you. You pay for the days we ran and nothing else. It has happened once.
Can it be remote?
Yes, at a lower rate. It is genuinely harder — five days of screens is not five days of a room — but it works.
Next opening is four weeks out
We run one sprint a month. Tell us what you are working on and we will send the dates.
